Algorithm Weather is Kolliq's method for asking whether a creator's movement appears isolated or part of a wider public creator pattern. It uses matched creator control groups, normalized movement, sample-size thresholds, and confidence labels before saying what the evidence can support.

Kolliq should not call something an algorithm or platform-wide movement from one channel alone. The useful question is whether similar creators, topics, and formats are moving with you, and whether that comparison has enough history to trust.

Normalization
Raw channel totals are misleading, so Kolliq looks at relative movement against each creator's own baseline.
Minimum evidence
Small samples stay low confidence. Algorithm Weather is useful only when the peer set is large and fresh enough.
What it cannot prove
It cannot prove YouTube changed the algorithm or suppressed a channel. It can show whether public peer movement deserves attention.
